Open a ticket
The best route for anything broken. A ticket keeps the whole
conversation in one place, puts your licence and seats in front of
us alongside it, and lets you attach the show file — which is
usually what turns a long thread into a five-minute answer.
The forum
Programming questions, feature requests, and other operators who have solved the thing you’re stuck on. The best place for anything that isn’t urgent.

Licence and billing
Seats, renewals, invoices and moving a licence between Macs. Most of it you can do yourself from your account page — including freeing a seat on a Mac you no longer have.
Your account
Email
If you can’t reach your account at all — a failed sign-in, a lost address — email is the way in. Everything else is better as a ticket, where the history and the files stay together.

Before you write in
Two things make almost any report solvable: what the rig is (Macs,
interfaces, what’s on the network) and what you did immediately before it
went wrong. In the app, Status ▸ Logs has a Copy button —
that log is usually the whole answer.
